Not only were your technicians extremely professional and friendly, but they were able to remove a spot on the carpeting in the bedroom which another company had said would not come out. Plus,( we are thrilled) a stain on the love seat was removed with great concern and diligence which had been there for years !!!! They surprised themselves.
